REMODELING GREEN BY DESIGN

Green remodeling, using earth friendly materials and practices, has been part of our mission since our inception. We have been designing and building low impact, energy efficient, healthy home remodels since the early 1980's.  At that time it wasn't callled green but incorporated many of the then cutting edge systems and practices now accepted as green.  Over the years our projects have included energy efficient and user friendly design features that provide beauty, comfort and convenience while saving money and creating a healthy environment for the home and the planet.Green Remodeling St. Paul

All of our projects incorporate standard green practices including sorting and recycling jobsite debris, recommending Energy Star rated components such as windows, insulation and appliances, sealing off construction areas to contain dust and contaminants, re-using materials etc.  In addition we can now provide lumber with Forest Stewardship Council, COC (chain of custody) certification.

HEALTHY HOME - using low VOC paints , glues, solvents, safer building materials, user friendly designs, controlling construction dust and contaminants, use of controlled ventilation systems etc.
